AKT question relating to diagnosis of asthma
GP, Warwickshire
A man of 30 presents with a history of intermittent wheeze and breathlessness, which he associates with hay fever. Although he is currently asymptomatic, he would like a definitive diagnosis. Spirometry is not available.
