- 2. A middle-aged man with known psoriasis and widespread indurated erythema who looks and feels poorly.
- 3. A young woman with widespread mild facial psoriasis who has problems with low self-esteem.
- 4. An elderly man with psoriasis of his palms and soles resistant to potent topical corticosteroids.
- 5. A middle-aged woman with a confluent perineal rash not responding to several anti-fungals.

- D. Clobetasol butyrate 0.5%, oxytetracycline 3% and nystatin 100 000 units (e.g. Trimovate)
- E. Emollient + no steroid cream
